This is a 3 day event!

Friday is a Free Class on the intro to Extreme and Creative Martial Arts.

Saturday is focused on Open Hand and Extreme Kicking and Flipping

Sunday is dedicated to Extreme and Creative Jhang Bong.

There is something for everyone in these classes.  From beginners to experts and all age groups.
