In this camp you will have an opportunity to learn a variety of different competition skills. You will learn a competition style chuck form, and a fast paced Bo staff form with Bo tricks. In addition to the weapons training you will also learn an open hand form, as well as many kicks, transitions and flips when we cover tricking. Take the opportunity to get in some last second training for Nationals!

Private Lessons:

Private lessons will be offered before and after the Camp hours based on a sign up schedule.  If you attend the Camp privates are $60/hr.  If you are not enrolled in camp privates are $100/hour.  Please email me at trace@tforcelite.com with the time and trainer you would like!
