This is a 2 day event, with privates available upon request (including Sunday).

5 pm, Friday is a FREE Class on Extreme Martial Arts ring presence, totally different than traditional!  Followed by Extreme Martial arts basics.  As they say “flash is trash without the basics”.

10 am, Saturday we will cover bo staff from the start of your own form to bo staff tricking, followed by open hand techniques and wrapped up with extreme kicking and tricking.

There is something for everyone in these classes.  From beginners to experts and all age groups.  When this seminar is over you will have the start of your own form and will be ready to add on your own personal touches.
