Looking forward to working with the great martial artists of the North East and very excited to be work with Mr. St Louis on “One More Round” film!

Bo staff basics will cover all of the fundamentals for Extreme and Creative Bo Staff moves.  Stances and strikes are significantly different than traditional.  We will also create the start of an Extreme/Creative form.

In Bo Staff 2 we will add on to the form and incorporate some bo staff tricking.  The two seminars tie together to give you a very good start to your own form.

If you already have a form I will look to add or improve what you are currently doing!
