TForceElite UK and Koguryo Freestyle Martial Arts is hosting an Extreme Martial Arts Seminar September 16-18/2016 in Peterlee, UK.  More details to follow but we will be covering Bo (Staff), Open Hand, Advanced Kicking and Tricking.

Friday September 16^th – 1 hour 30 minutes 4pm – 6 pm Location TBD

-Basics and Start of bo form section one (1 hr)

-Tricking (30 mins)

Saturday May 17^th – 3 hours 30 minutes 10am – 12 noon Location TBD

-Review bo form section 1 (1 hr)

-Start bo form section 2 (1hr)

-Advanced Kicking (30 mins)

-Tricking (1 hr)

Sunday May 17^th – 2 to 5 PM 

-Review and finish bo staff section 2 (45 mins)

-Bo staff section 3 (1 hr 15 mins)

-Tricking Review (30 mins)

-Student showoff for parents and certificate ceremony (30 mins)
