Jonathan Ramar

11x State Champion / 3x Grand Champion

Jonathan began his training in Martial Arts at the age of 10 under the leadership of David E. Chambers of Northside Karate. He now attends North Channel Martial Arts under the leadership of Lee Ordonio and Tracy Armstead.

Since competing, Jonathan as earned 11 State Titles, 3 Grand Championships, and more than 100 trophies/medals!

Outside of Martial Arts, Jonathan likes to attend church to learn of the word of God, draw, play musical instruments, dance, play video games, and interact in a variety of sports.

Other Accomplishments include:

• 2007 – Scored most points per game in the YMCA Youth League’s Houston Dynamos Soccer
• 2013 – North Houston Jaguars Football M.V.P
• July 2014 – T-Force Elite Athlete of the Month
• 2013-2014 President of Rayford Intermediate’s Student Council
• 2014 – Rayford Intermediate School’s Gifted and Talented Program
