Sunny Jones is a 13 year old martial artist from Edmond, Oklahoma. She began practicing martial arts in the style of Tae Kwon Do when she was 8 years old and through her hard work and discipline through the years, she has achieved the rank of 3rd degree Black Belt.
Sunny trains under Ms. Erica Pepper of Impact Martial Arts for traditional forms and point sparring. In January of 2014, Sunny began training with Mr. Trace Megellas in her favorite weapon, the bo staff. She is a frequent competitor in ATA, TKO, NASKA and NBL leagues where her favorite division is extreme weapons. 
She has amassed 19 state championships, 8 district championships, 2 national championships and has been ranked Top 3 in the World for the 2013/2014 competition year. She is currently ranked Top 3 in the World in three different divisions for the 2014/2015 competition year.
Sunny loves tricking and has added open gym time to her training regimen. In addition to her structured martial arts classes, she trains in both martial arts and tricking in her garage daily and loves it.
Not only does Sunny do a great job of staying on top of her martial arts training, she is also a straight A student and national Top 10 finalist in the Technology Student Association. She loves biking, inner tubing on Lake Arcadia and playing Kendama with friends.
